The Life Focus Family Nutrition & Weight Management Program offers a private setting for families to learn ways to create healthier lifestyle habits to aid in weight management in a way to boost self-esteem. This is a program designed to share food preferences and ways to positively set healthy boundaries, and discuss common feelings and obstacles associated with an overweight child or adolescent.
Treating anorexia, bulimia and compulsive eating disorders requires coordination with a physician and a therapist. With over 30 year of experience in treatment, Linda offers the nutrition counseling component and always works on a team of your choice including a physician, psychiatrist and eating disorder therapist.

Changing harmful components of one's environment including the foods ingested is a key factor in maintaining a healthy immune system and gastrointestinal tract. Linda offers services to address the nutritional needs while undergoing chemotherapy and in recovery.

Linda Arpino, MA, RD, CDN has a fellowship in Education in Leadership in Neurological Disorders. This advanced training helps parents and high functioning adults with developmental disabilities achieve healthy eating habits and reduce chronic disease risk such as obesity, heart disease and diabetes. She is trained in the special needs treating individuals with ASD, ADD and Downs Syndrome. She utilizes her expertise to create nutrition education programs in schools and community agencies. She has written a curriculum for young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder entitled "Recipes for Health" a cooking program that teaches healthy nutrition in meals and snacks.
